We are thrilled to be one of the only places to offer Baby and Me Yoga in the Las Vegas Valley.  This class is taught by Owner and Founder of Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas, Angela Reis. *This class is FREE of charge.*\nThere are many benefits of Baby and Me Yoga for you and your little one.\nBenefits to Baby\n\nHelps balance, coordination and motor skills\nStrengthens baby’s body and develops reflexes\nImproves learning and social development\nAids bonding, trust and social interaction\nImproves muscle development and muscle tone\n\nBenefits for You\n\nTeach you to understand your baby’s non-verbal cues\nLearn breathing techniques\nLearn deeper relaxation techniques\nEncourages the nurturing instinct through the stimulation of oxytocin\nHelps you to gain strength and alignment after pregnancy and giving birth\n\nThis class is ideal for children 0-12 months before walking.\nWhat to bring: Participants need to bring a yoga mat, blanket and toys for the baby\nWho: This class is open to all parents and caregivers. Mom must be cleared by her doctor for physical activity. You do not need to have delivered at Southern Hills Hospital.\nNOTE* We offer Breastfeeding Support Group every 4th Friday of the month. Baby and Me Yoga follows Breastfeeding Support Group feel free to attend both.\n
