If you want great quality food, an inviting atmosphere, and an easy waitlist system, this is it. CRAFTkitchen is our go-to anytime we are craving brunch because of the quality of the food (and decent drip coffee!).

You can jump on the waitlist before you arrive via Yelp. We typically don’t have any issues with our party getting sat quickly. Plus, they have a nice-sized kids menu with options for even the pickiest eaters.

Honestly, everything we’ve had there is delicious, so it’s hard to pick just a few options we love. There’s a little something for everyone. Did we mention mimosas?!

Peg’s Glorified Ham n Eggs

Location: 9905 S Eastern Ave, Henderson, Nevada 89183

Hours: 6:30am – 2pm, Daily

Peg’s has been around since 1999 and it’s no surprise this breakfast spot is so successful, From awesome portion sizes with a friendly modern diner feel, you’ll find something for everyone here.

While they do have a location in Henderson, they also offer several locations throughout the Las Vegas valley and all of Nevada—a true native Nevadan business.

Note that their prices have increased a lot, so if you have a lot of kiddos or family members, it’s something to keep in mind in terms of being affordable.

What We Order: Loco Moco, Biscuits and Gravy, Pancakes, Burrito Skillet

Truffles and Bacon

Location: 8872 S Eastern Ave Ste 100, Las Vegas, NV 89123

Hours: 6:30am – 3pm, Thursday – Sunday

Be prepared for a food coma after stopping at Truffles and Bacon and indulging in their delicious food. I remember when this spot was a little cafe in an antique store and now they are a thriving restaurant.

Whatever you do, make sure you order something with one or both: ube or bacon jam.

Your eyes might be bigger than your stomach, so we recommend getting a couple of things to share. This brunch spot is hot, so you’ll want to get there ahead of time to add your name to the waitlist as they don’t take reservations over the phone.

What We Order: Ube French Toast, Not Yo’ Mama’s Burger, Sinful Tots

The Cracked Egg

Nevada Moms at Kitchen Table

Kitchen Table

Location: 1716 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy #100, Henderson, NV 89012

Hours: 8am – 2pm, Thursday – Sunday

Before you do anything, order the monkey bread—trust me. This social eatery is a great brunch spot, especially when the weather is nice as they have an outdoor patio.

Be prepared to wait most days at Kitchen Table as they don’t take reservations and you have to be there in person to get on their waitlist. Their customer service is a little chaotic and the hostess area is a bit wonky, but the food is pretty good.

What We Order: Monkey Bread, Chilaquiles, Ham and Cheese Crepe
