Coffee Shops in Henderson
Founder’s Coffee
Location: 3512 St Rose Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89052
Hours: Daily, 6am – 6pm
Founder’s Coffee is my family’s go-to spot for espresso-based drinks – because they know how to pull a shot. This small business has been popping up around town with their original location off of Durango, St. Rose as their second location, and even a small location inside of La Bonita off of Green Valley Pkwy.
This coffee shop is spacious inside with room for the whole family to come and enjoy, for an intimate work meeting, or a day of reading on one of their couches. There is something for everyone here.
What We Order: Iced Vanilla Latte, Drip Coffee, Breakfast Quiche, Chocolate Cake Pop (the littles love it!)
Le Cafe Du Val

- Horizon Ridge: 1550 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy Suite G, Henderson, NV 89012
- Lake Las Vegas: 40 Costa Di Lago, Henderson, NV 89011
- Southern Highlands: 11350 Southern Highlands, #155, Las Vegas, NV 89141
Hours:
- Horizon Ridge: Daily, 7am – 3pm
- Lake Las Vegas: Thursday – Sunday, 8am – 2pm
- Southern Highlands: Daily, 7am – 3pm
If you’re craving a cup of coffee, but also feeling a little hungry, check out Le Cafe Du Val. This french-inspired cafe serves up fresh-baked French pastries, Galettes (gluten-free Buckwheat Crepes), and French Cidre. They also offer delicious sandwiches perfect for a mid-day bite.
This location is one of three, including one in Lake Las Vegas and the other in Southern Highlands.
This is my go-to when catching up with a friend but wanting more than just a coffee shop. They do offer in-house made lattes and have a small drink menu to select from as well.
The best part? Score half-price pastries after 2pm on weekdays!
What We Order: Cappuccino, Iced Vanilla Latte, Croissant Jambon, La Complete Galette, Croissant
Mothership Coffee Roasters

- Henderson: 2625 St Rose Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89052
- Green Valley: 2708 N Green Valley Parkway
- Downtown: 1028 Fremont Street
- Sunrise Coffee Green Valley: 3130 E. Sunset Road
Hours:
- Henderson: Daily, 6am – 5pm
- Green Valley: Daily, 7am – 5pm
- Downtown Las Vegas: Daily, 8am – 5pm
- Sunrise Coffee Green Valley: Daily, 6am-6pm
Looking for something a little different? Mothership Coffee Roasters is a local coffee shop that showcases fair-trade practices with single-origin farms. This is not your typical American coffee shop with a menu of items you cannot even get through.
Their menu is simple and to the point – that of any coffee lover who knows a good cappuccino from a bad one. If you’re looking for tons of flavor options, blended drinks, etc. this won’t be the spot for you.
We also like to purchase their coffee bag of the month that donates a portion to a non-profit.
What We Order: Bourbon Vanilla Latte, Cappuccino, Breakfast Sandwich (it is a favorite!)
Tru Bru Coffee
Location: 855 Seven Hills Dr, Suite 100, Henderson, NV 89052
Hours: Daily, 7am – 5pm
Tru Bru is one of my go-to coffee shops in Henderson! Tru Bru was founded because they wanted to help our community slow down. If life is happening a million miles an hour then we all lose. We are going to get burnt out. The demands of work and family are going to overwhelm us.
The atmosphere is inviting and comforting, although we will say the chairs aren’t that comfortable to sit in for long periods of time.
They offer some organic options like: organic chicken, grass fed beef, organic eggs, – because you and your family deserve the best.
This spot is great for meetings, a coffee date, or a quick stop for a bite. They also roast their beans here!
What We Order: Iced Vanilla Latte, Cup of Coffee w/Half and Half, Avocado Toast (it’s DELICIOUS!), Buttermilk Pancakes, Turkey Club
Cafe Lola
Locations:
- Summerlin: 4280 S. Hualapai Way #109, Las Vegas, NV 89147
- Henderson: 10075 S. Eastern Ave #109, Henderson, NV 89052
- Southwest: 7379 S Rainbow Boulevard #170, Las Vegas, NV 89139
- (COMING SOON) The Forum Shops: 3500 S Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109
Hours: Daily, 8pm – 5pm
Cafe Lola is a unique twist on European-style cafes that feature breakfast, brunch, and afternoon tea. Three locations and counting make this a sought-after experience, especially with its Instagram-worthy decor.
Featured drinks and decorated lattes are something out of a book – with rotating specials of coffee, teas, smoothies, and adult cocktails it is no wonder why so many love this place. Cafe Lola is a great spot for hosting a meeting, catching up with friends over brunch with the kids, or celebrating a birthday.
If you love espresso, we’d recommend sticking with the food options here as the coffee drinks can be more foo-foo than espresso-forward.
P.S. They also host princess tea parties for the kiddos which are the CUTEST events! You can check out our events calendar to see if there is one happening soon.
What We Order: Chocolate Croissant, Frozen Strawberry Lemonade
Evergreen Coffee
Location: 40 N Valle Verde Dr Ste 100, Henderson, NV 89074
Hours: Daily, 7am – 2pm
Evergreen Coffee is one of our new go-to spots. While they do not roast their own beans, they offer several local roaster’s beans at their shop. I personally love their coffee and that they support other local businesses.
The coffee shop is smaller than most and probably not a great space for kids due to size. They have a bookshelf with available books to read, but it isn’t as accessible as it is visually appealing. Lastly, we’d skip most of their food items as they are pretty pricey, but definitely try one of their homemade chocolate chip cookies!
What We Order: Iced Vanilla Latte (their decaf is great, too!), Cortado, Drip Coffee

All of these coffee shops in Henderson also offer a loyalty program where you can earn points of stamps for every single order. It’s always nice to know that the spots like to give back to their customers.
We will note here that Mothership Coffee Roasters is the least family-friendly in terms of its atmosphere.
