FOOD
On weekends they often have vendors. The weekend we went they had one vendor that was root beer and floats. They also had some shaded seating areas. We purchased some root beer (a real treat for us!) and it tasted so refreshing in the heat!
PUMPKIN PATCH
They have a small pumpkin patch for you to pick from! The owner was so kind and showed us around. This year because of the weather they did not have a huge selection of pumpkins.
OVERVIEW
We had a great visit at Corley Ranch. They are smaller than some of the other pumpkin patches like Andelin Farm but they do an amazing job! The entire family is out there working and visiting with people.
If you are looking for a new pumpkin patch to visit we recommend this one. We stayed about 2 hours 2.5 hours and my kids loved it.
TIPS
Here are some tips for making the most of your trip to Corley Ranch and any other pumpkin patch you may visit!
- Visit on the weekend so you can enjoy all of the activities they have to offer.
- Plan on going first thing in the morning, or later in the afternoon (like 2:30). We have found these times to be the least crowded.
- Bring cash or ask for cash back when you pay. Some of the activities are cash only.
- Have your kids wear durable boots or shoes that can get dusty.
- Pack sunscreen and/or hats! It is an open area with limited shade.
- It is stroller/wagon friendly, just remember it is on dirt.
- Let the kids lead you through the corn maze. It is relatively small and our kids loved being the leaders.
