Come to Word After Word Books in Truckee to meet the author and illustrator of the adorable children’s book Ski Patrol Pups! Ski Patrol Pups is a new children’s book inspired by Walter, the avalanche rescue dog from Alpine Meadows. Join Walter on his first day at the resort as he learns what it takes to become and Avalanche rescue dog. Word After Word is hosting an author meet and greet on Saturday, February 4th from 4pm to 6pm.
