Teddy Bear Clinic at Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center
Do you have a stuffed animal in need of healing, or do they simply need to see the doctor for an annual checkup?
Bring them to Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center be sewn back together, bandaged or cared for by our nurses and doctors at our first-ever Teddy Bear Clinic.
The clinic includes:
- Bandaging and stitching
- Heart exam by our cardiac nurse
- Lung/breathing check
- Vision and hearing exam
Plus enjoy some of our non-medical activities:
- St. Patty’s Day cookie decorating station
- Holiday arts and crafts
- Fun photobooth
- And more
Don’t have a stuffy? Not to worry, we welcome kids of all ages to come and meet our providers and participate in festive activities while they learn more about healthcare in their community.
