My kids absolutely love baking! This is something they can easily help with! This apple pie recipe is our favorite!
Jump in The Leaves
Multitask with raking up the leaves and let the kids jump in them. You can also gather some leaves for different arts and crafts or sensory bins.
Sit By The Fire
Whether it’s inside or outside nothing quite says “fall” until you’ve cozied up with the fire turned on. If you don’t have a fire pit at home, connect with some family or friends or head to a restaurant near you to enjoy!
Go on a Hike
Enjoy being outside and the view of the leaves changing colors! There are some amazing spots to hike in Nevada, so of course, we had to include them on our bucket list!
Here are some options if you are in northern Nevada.
Gather a goodies basket of Halloween/fall-themed items (It can be simple from the Target dollar spot). But we also list some fun items in the post linked below. Place the items in a basket or pumpkin and drop them off at a neighbor’s doorstep!
Don’t forget to add the printable we linked in the post above to your basket, so your neighbor knows the rules.
Drink Apple Cider
Enjoy your apple cider while checking off something else on your list! The cool crisp mornings or evenings make apple cider so delicious.
