Family First Chiropractic Experience and Pros & Cons

Whenever we do reviews, we like to give all the details through our experiences, but then also give you a quick breakdown of the pros and cons. Here’s our take:

Our Experience

Our experience with Family First Chiropractic was really positive. I had been having headaches and problems with my nerves being inflamed which was causing my hands and feet to fall asleep at night, which made me feel uncomfortable. They were very friendly and asked me questions about how I was feeling, our lifestyle, diet, etc.

Through a series of appointments they did some gentle adjustments to my spine and neck, which didn’t hurt at all. After several sessions, I started feeling better, and my headaches are not as bad or frequent as before. The numbing in my hands and feet have also improved with adjustments, diet and some lifestyle changes.

My son also went to Family First Chiropractic for different reasons. He was having some behavior issues and we wanted to make sure he stayed healthy. The chiropractor was great with him too. They talked to him and made him feel comfortable. The adjustments they did on him were also very gentle. We noticed that after a few visits, his behavior improved, and he seemed more relaxed overall!

Overall, our experience with Family First Chiropractic was really good. The staff is always super friendly and responsive, and the chiropractors actually care about how we were doing. We love that we have a place to go where they try to help your body feel better in a natural way!

It is a bit pricey, because they don’t take insurance, but we were able to set up a payment plan. I’m hoping that in the future, our whole family can be part of their office for care.

Pros

  • Helps with symptoms and health from a natural approach
  • Focus on the entire body and not just treating symptom
  • Provides nutrition tips
  • Has different monthly challenges for continued overall health
  • Will create payment plan to work with family
  • Takes time with you so you don’t feel rushed
  • Dr. Kaitlyn is certified in the Webster technique which is important for prenatal chiropractic care

Cons

  • Doesn’t accept insurance
