Child Care Hours: Mon – Thurs: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm / 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday 9:00am- 2:00pm / 4:00pm-6:00pm, Sat-Sun: 9:00am-4:00pm, and Sat – Sun: 8:45 am to 1:00 pm

Note that the gym does offer actual child care but they have a self-care child play area that is in the same room as the workout area. They also offer a MAMA Strong 6 week workshop that does have childcare on site for $5 per class.
Biggest Little Baby
While they are not currently offering childcare during fitness classes (they hope to be back to this by summer), children and babies are welcome to attend fitness classes with their parents. Children that are old enough to safely play independently are welcome to be in the playroom during fitness classes. See the schedule here.
