Sparks

Axe and Throw

Hours: Monday – Thursday 2 pm – 10 pm, Friday 2 pm – 12 am, Saturday 11 am – 12 am, Sunday 11 am – 9 pm

Activities: Head to Legends and throw some axes! Fun interactive boards! Rent a lane at Axe and throw from 1/2 hour to 2 hours.  Ages 10 and up can participate (Must be accompanied by an adult 18 and older.) Closed-toe shoes are a must!

DEFY Extreme Air Sports

Hours: Mon – Sat: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm, Sunday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Activity: Ferris wheel, mini bowling, small indoor play area, enjoy the fish, and so much more!

Food: Ginas Cafe and a candy store are located inside Scheels.

Wild Island Family Adventure

Hours: Sun-Thurs 10:00 am – 10:00 pm, Fri-Sat 10:00 am – 11:00 pm

Activities: Something for all ages! This family adventure park includes bowling, XD Adventure theater, High Ballocity (indoor play center for kids 2-12), Lazer Maze, Indoor miniature golf (black light), arcade games, billiards, electric indoor glow kart track, and laser tag!

Activity: Circus Circus is fun for everyone. They offer arcades, games, and even circus shows! The circus shows are family-friendly and fun for everyone.

Fleischmann Planetarium

Hours:Fridays: 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. / Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. | 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Also available for field trip bookings during the week.

Activity: The Fleischmann Planetarium and Science Center is open to the public and provides people of all ages with access to public screenings in the Full-Dome Theater and a plethora of exhibits around the facility. The Science Store also serves as a one-stop shop for all sorts of intergalactic gadgets and gifts, perfect for space and science lovers alike.

Grand Sierra Resort Fun Quest

Activity: At Fun Quest kids get to enjoy over 125 different arcade games, laser tag, tumble town, and bumper cars! Right next to Fun Quest is also GSR bowling! On Mondays, they offer a Monday Locals Madness special that includes “buy two get one free any attraction” (excluding Holidays).

National Automobile Museum

Activities: For the car lover in the family! The National Automobile Museum (The Harrah’s Car Collection) has been recognized as “One of America’s Top Ten Automobile Museums.” Almost every day, the Museum’s 157-seat Theatre offers daily presentations included with your admission.

Terry Lee Wells Discovery Museum

Activities: Developmentally rich environment for your children to build their skills in all areas of child development in an age-appropriate, supervised, unstructured play area.
