Ready to bowl for free? The Kids Bowl Free Bowling Program is open for registration for select locations, which means your kids can score 2 FREE games of bowling during selected days and times.

So, how can you bowl for free?

Kids Bowl Free is a program offered nationwide to families with children. During the summer, you can bowl free *almost” daily depending on the location.

This program is offered at over 1,500 bowling centers in all 50 states in the US and Canada, so there is a good chance you’ll have this program at a bowling alley near you!

Children must be between the ages of 2-15 to qualify for the Kids Bowl Free Bowling Program.

Family Pass

Kids Bowl Free also allows adults in the family to get the same great two free games offer on each visit.

After you register your kids, be sure to grab your Family Pass on your account.

How to Sign Up

1. Head to Kids Bowl Free and Select Your Location (quick links below)
   • Frontier Fun Center
   • High Sierra Lanes
2. Fill out the registration form on the designated page. If registration is not open, you’ll be prompted to enter your email to get notified when registration is available.
3. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to grab your coupons
   • Download the Kids Bowl Free App
   • Go to Kids Bowl Free website and log into your account
4. Don’t forget to grab a Family Pass which allows adults in the family to get the same great two free games offer on each visit once you register your kids

The Fine Print

All participants must wear bowling shoes – rental shoes available.

High Sierra Lanes

Not good for use with daycare outings, camps, business or club outings, or birthday party celebrations. Not good on Holidays.

All Locations

Purchased Family Passes are valid for use only during posted Kids Bowl Free times and when bowling with a Kids Bowl Free child from your family.
