Let’s be honest, those trucks are monsters. Seeing them launch through the air, crush cars like soda cans, and do donuts in dirt is simply awe-inspiring. My inner child was squealing with delight!
The whole event was geared towards families. From the pre-show meet-and-greets with drivers to the interactive games and activities, there was something for everyone to enjoy. My kids were glued to their seats, cheering their hearts out.
Okay, this one surprised me. Monster Jam wasn’t just about loud engines and mud spraying. The announcer did a great job of explaining the competition format, the different tricks, and even the engineering behind the trucks. My little gearheads were soaking it all in!
The price tag
Tickets are not cheap, especially for a family outing. Add in snacks, souvenirs, and parking, and it can become a hefty expense. My advice? Eat before you go, purchase some monster truck gear beforehand from target or Amazon!
The ear-splitting decibels
Bring earplugs for yourself and your little ones! Those engines are LOUD.
The long lines
Be prepared for some waiting, especially at concessions and restrooms. Pack your patience and maybe a few fun games to keep the kids occupied.
Monster Jam is a wild ride, literally and figuratively. It’s not for everyone, but for adventurous families looking for a unique and exciting experience, it’s definitely worth a try. If your kids like monster trucks then it is a must at least once! Just remember, earplugs are essential and snacks are key!
