Job Overview
The Marketing Associate position is focused on remote data entry to help market the Nevada Moms community calendar by providing the largest family-friendly calendar to over 1 million families across Nevada. This is an entry-level position.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the founders while having the ability to work independently from anywhere you please. Your passion for community, upcoming events, and organization will help us take Nevada Moms to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Simple data entry via WordPress
- Curation of upcoming events
- Ability to effectively research upcoming events
- Effectively write or curate content if necessary
- 1x month in-person and/or Zoom meeting with Founders
(Specific role responsibilities will be discussed in the interview process)
The ideal candidate for this role has experience working via computer effectively and efficiently for 1-4 hour time blocks in a focused work environment, without distractions, and can create visible and measurable results with room to grow.
Additional Info
Hourly Rate: $15-$18/hr, DOE
Required Hours: 10-15 hours per month
Role Location: Ideally Southern Nevada area, but open to Northern Nevada as well
Start Date: ASAP
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year of data entry, administrative, or similar experience
- Must have own working computer or laptop with high-speed internet access
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active accounts on Instagram and Facebook
- Quick learner when it comes to the computer
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with Discord
- Experience with social media platforms like: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
- Experience with Canva

There was an empty space and we knew it needed to be filled to provide resources to the modern-day family.
